WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?
Currently servicing locations up to 45 miles from 18067.
Any bookings 25 or more miles outside of 18067 have a delivery fee.
HOW ARE YOU KEEPING YOUR SERVICES SAFE?
We launder and disinfect all items as well as follow all CDC guidelines. We ask that each guest bring their own sleeping pillow for safety precautions.
WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING PROCESS?
Party must be reserved at least 2 weeks prior to event.

A $100 deposit is due while reserving your date for sleepovers and picnics. A 50% deposit is due while reserving the bell tent. The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to the party with a final headcount.

HOW MUCH SPACE DOES EACH INDOOR TENT SITE REQUIRE?
Each tent site requires approximately 78''x36''. All furniture or other items must be moved prior to our arrival to accommodate this space.
HOW MUCH SPACE DOES THE OUTDOOR BELL TENT REQUIRE?
Bell tent requires 25' of flat surface and 10' height allowance for set up. All furniture or other items must be moved prior to our arrival to accommodate this space.
HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL TIME FRAME?
Sleepovers are available for a maximum of 24 hours. Picnics are available for 2-4 hours.
WHAT AGE GROUP IS THIS FOR?
We accommodate ages 5 and up.
DO YOU PROVIDE FOOD OR DRINKS? CAN WE EAT IN THE TENTS?
Water is the only beverage provided for our picnics.
Food and drinks cannot be consumed inside our tents, only at our picnic tables.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS FOR MY PICNIC?
If there is any chance of inclement weather, such as rain, wind, or snow, during allotted time slot, picnic must be rescheduled accordingly or moved indoors.

Picnics must be rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled date. Rescheduled picnics must be taken within 3 months from original date.
